What is EkLine?
EkLine is a set of AI agents for developer tool and API companies. They check what ChatGPT and Claude say about your product and whether coding agents like Cursor can build with it, then fix the docs, help center, and marketing pages those agents read, using your code, pull requests, and support tickets. Every change arrives as a pull request or draft your team approves.
Who uses it
Section titled “Who uses it”The people who use EkLine day to day:
- Docs teams and technical writers keep docs in step with the code, and check every docs change before it merges.
- Developer relations teams see whether coding agents can finish real tasks with the product, and fix the docs those agents follow.
- Product marketers see which buyer questions AI assistants answer with the product, and draft posts that answer the rest.
- Support leads turn questions customers keep asking into help center articles.
The four parts
Section titled “The four parts”Journeys
Section titled “Journeys”Journeys asks AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini) the questions your buyers ask, and gives coding agents (Claude Code and Codex) tasks with your product, many times each. It checks every answer and shows what passed, what failed and why, with a button that hands each gap to Docs Agent or Marketing Agent. See Journeys.
Docs Agent
Section titled “Docs Agent”Docs Agent writes and updates documentation from your code, pull requests, tickets and existing docs. You start it from its editor, a pull request or merge request comment, Slack, Discord, Jira, Automations or an MCP client, and it delivers changes as pull requests to your docs repositories. See Agents overview.
Marketing Agent
Section titled “Marketing Agent”Marketing Agent drafts blog posts, LinkedIn posts and newsletters in your company’s voice, from your Company Profile, docs, code, merged pull requests and tickets. Drafts stay in its editor for you to copy or download, and it opens a pull request only when you ask for one. See Marketing Agent.
Docs Reviewer
Section titled “Docs Reviewer”Docs Reviewer checks each documentation change against your style guide and comments on what to fix before it merges. It runs in CI, VS Code, Google Docs or the CLI, and checks docs a coding agent wrote the same way as docs a person wrote. See How Docs Reviewer works.
Website terms and where to find them
Section titled “Website terms and where to find them”The ekline.io website describes EkLine by the job it does. In the app and in these docs, the same work lives under these names:
| On ekline.io | In the app and these docs |
|---|---|
| AI SEO and GEO | Journeys measures what assistants say about you. Docs Agent and Marketing Agent fix what they read. See Turn a gap into a fix. |
| Support knowledge base | Docs Agent’s help center tasks: Manage a Confluence or Pylon knowledge base and Answer recurring support questions. |
| Free AI report | The Buyer questions report. See Get your first AI report. |
What EkLine is not
Section titled “What EkLine is not”- Not a docs host. Your docs stay where they are. EkLine edits docs kept in a Git repository on GitHub or gitlab.com, and opens a pull request or merge request there for your docs platform to build from. See Docs platforms you keep.
- Not a website publisher. EkLine does not publish to your website or a CMS. It opens pull requests and drafts, and nothing merges or publishes without your approval.

Does EkLine replace our docs platform?
Section titled “Does EkLine replace our docs platform?”No. EkLine does not host docs. It edits the files in the Git repository your docs platform builds from, on GitHub or gitlab.com, and opens a pull request or merge request for your team to review. See Docs platforms you keep.
Is EkLine an AI SEO tool?
Section titled “Is EkLine an AI SEO tool?”It works on the same problem from the other end. AI visibility tools report how often assistants mention you. EkLine measures that with Journeys, then Docs Agent and Marketing Agent draft the docs and posts that change the answer, for your team to approve. It also checks whether coding agents can build with your product. You can keep using an SEO tool alongside it.
