Get your first AI report
Run the free AI report for your company. You get a Buyer questions report that shows whether AI assistants recommend you, and whether what they say about you is right.
What the report measures
Section titled “What the report measures”EkLine writes 15 questions a buyer would ask an AI assistant about products like yours. It asks each question 10 times on each of ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, with web search on: 600 answers in all.

EkLine saves the questions as a collection named Buyer questions, and each run of it produces a Buyer questions report.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- You need an email address you can verify and your company’s public website. You connect no repository or integration.

Sign up at ekline.io/auth/sign-up and verify your email address.

On Almost there!, leave Claim acme.com as your organization’s domain selected and click Get Started. EkLine creates your organization and names it after your email domain. You see this screen only when you sign up with a company email address. If another EkLine organization already claimed your domain, you see Your company already uses EkLine! instead, with the choice to join it. The report is offered when you create a new organization (Create my own organization), not when you join one that already exists.

On What’s your company’s website?, check the Company website field. EkLine fills it in from your email address when it can. Click Continue.

Wait on Reading acme.com while EkLine works through Reading your website, Working out what you sell and Finding who you are compared with. This usually takes less than a minute. Keep the tab open.

On Here’s what we found about Acme, fix anything that is wrong in the rows, such as brand names, competitors, documentation sites and key features. The assistants are asked about you using these details. Click Looks good, continue. EkLine saves the rows you changed to your Company Profile.

On 15 questions buyers ask AI about products like yours, read both groups: Questions that do not name you and Questions that name you. Reword any question that does not sound like your buyers, keeping it one question.

Click Run my free report. EkLine takes you to your dashboard, where a card reads Your free report is running. The run takes 30 to 60 minutes, and you can close the tab.

When the report is ready, EkLine emails you “Your free report on Acme is ready”. Click View your report and sign in, or click View report on the dashboard card.
If your organization already has a Company Profile
Section titled “If your organization already has a Company Profile”Open ekline.io/onboarding-report/setup and enter your website. Instead of reading the site, EkLine opens Here’s what we have about Acme, filled in from your saved Company Profile. To replace it with a fresh read of your site, click Read my website instead. Then continue from step 5.
Check it worked
Section titled “Check it worked”- The dashboard card reads Your free report is ready, with View report and Share.
- The report opens with a headline such as “Assistants recommend Acme in 6 of 15 buyer questions”, and lists every question under Every buyer question.
- In the sidebar, Journeys opens on the Collections tab, which lists Buyer questions.
The email link asks the reader to sign in. For someone without an account, use Share on the report.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| What you see | What to do |

| “Enter your website, like acme.com.” | Enter a public web address, such as acme.com. |
| “We could not reach acme.com. Check the address and try again.” | EkLine could not load the site. Check the address, then click Continue again. |
| “We could not read acme.com.” | Reading your site failed. Click Try again. |
| You left before the last step | On the dashboard, click Continue on Finish setting up your free report. If you skipped the website step, open ekline.io/onboarding-report/setup. |
